Donuts!!!

I’m a day behind on my Centr6 (C6) part II, but I’ll catch up over the weekend. the C6 exercise format is 6 exercises, 6 days, 6 weeks. Today’s session was led by Da Rulk.

For those who don’t know, Da Rulk’s workouts are a BEAST. He focuses a lot on functional movement exercises that leave you wondering why muscles you didn’t know existed as so sore.

The other important thing to know about Da Rulk is that he is a BIG fan of donuts. In fact, on the last set of running in place, he lets out a long yell, “dooooooooonuts!!!!”

Clearly the love of donuts is a big motivation for Da Rulk. The truth is we all need motivation. Motivation to exercise. Do chores. Push forward on tough days.
