Fitness Challenge

We got a new challenge from Ashley Joi with Centr to do 10 burpees in 10 seconds. I’ll give it a go tomorrow.

We get these challenges periodically and they’re a nice way to push ourselves. On Friday, I did Dan’s Tabata challenge and my glutes are still sore two days later.

It’s easy to get too comfortable. What challenges can you push yourself to do?
