Counselor – a Personal Trainer for the Mind

It’s important to remove the stigma to seeking professional help when it comes to mental wellness. Whether it be a serious condition or just some help needed – taking care of your mind is equally as important as taking care of your body.

For the last few months, I sought out a counselor I had seen years ago. I wasn’t exactly struggling, but I wanted extra assistance in guiding my mental well being.

If you’re reading this, you survived the pandemic of 2020. And at the time of this post, we’re almost at 11 months since the lockdown started last March.

It hasn’t been an easy time for anyone.
