Today, my coworker told me he got engaged! Of course, being me, I immediately asked to see the ring (I’ll talk about my deep interest in rings on another post, and no it’s not because I’m Sauron…)
It was a large round diamond on a fancy cathedral setting. My coworker told me that when he and his fiance were picking out rings, this one was not the one she had in mind in terms of style. But upon trying it out she had found the one she wanted.
Although it was a relatively small detail in the whole story, to me it was a good lesson to remember in life.
Sometimes you don’t know, until you try it.
So live your life with an open mind and try things!
