Good Sleep Is The Most Important Thing

When I don’t sleep well, my focus is shot. I’m irritable and prone to emotional swings. Sometimes I have neck or upper back stiffness. Othertimes, I get a runny nose in the morning that could drag through the whole day.

This week, I hit all of the above. We were watching some Naked and Afraid and basically it’s clear that sleep is more important than food and even water. After just a few days of no sleep, you basically go crazy.

Don’t underestimate a good night’s sleep. Do whatever it takes to make it happen. (not medical advice… don’t take drugs on my account).
