Consistency is key.
Yet, it is difficult to convert a new routine into habit. And have it stick.
Could be a new years resolution. Like exercise. A new diet. Read or write more.
My daily blog fell apart last May… or something like that. But much more fell apart last year.
For many people like me, 2021 turned out to be more challenging than 2020 – Scratch that… 2021 was utter shit.
But I’m not here to dwell on the 2021. It’s time to reset and restart. So I’m back to write AND post daily.
Also on my new target habits is to exercise, read, and study. Daily.
I’m way less organized coming into the year than the previous two. But I’m feeling good. I’m optimistic.
So let’s raise our glasses.
